back in the 303

I am the worst blogger!  Has it really been this long since I have written?!  I am making a resolution right this minute to write in here more frequently.  Sooooo it's been a busy summer!  Brett and I made the LONG drive back to Denver and made it home safely, UHAUL and all.  I can't tell you how good it felt to be home, I missed it more than I can say!  Living in Connecticut was such a great experience and I'm so glad that Brett and I could share that with each other, but it just feels right to be back in Colorado :)

Since we have been back I have been super busy working my butt off at the pool, both of us have been job searching, and wedding planning is in full swing!  Let me skip the less interesting job talk and get to the good stuff, our wedding!  A couple of weeks ago my mom and I went dress shopping for the first time and it was so much fun.  I could try on wedding dresses every weekend, they were all so beautiful!  We went again the next weekend but I ended up ordering one I tried on the first day we went.  I just couldn't stop thinking about it when I was trying on all of the other dresses and after analyzing all of the pictures my mom took 5,000 times I knew it was the one.  It's perfect and I can't wait to wear it in LESS THAN A YEAR!  Other than getting my dress we are finalizing our photographer, trying to pick out save the dates and starting to think about all of those little wedding day details.  It seems like it's so far away but I know July 26, 2013 will be here before we know it, so I'm trying to soak up every moment of planning because time is flying!
